The Akashic Records, or “The Book of Life,” can be equated to the Universe’s super-computer system. It is this system that acts as the central storehouse of all information for every individual who has ever lived upon the earth. There are situations and emotions that can carry through to each lifetime. Think of it as a massive library with everything documented and catalogued from every emotion, every thought, every situation, just to name a few. It is a way to connect with your soul and all the information stored in relation to your soul.
How can this help you?
Let me give you an example.
Someone might have an unexplained intense fear of water. There is no reason for it. Nothing has ever happened in water but for some reason since childhood, they are terrified to be near water. What they do not know is in a previous lifetime they died by drowning. We can go in the records and neutralize the energy around that situation, so it doesn’t carry forward to future lifetimes. After this is done, the fear of water is diminished significantly. This works for past family traumas as well.
Another example is someone might have been very strong in public speaking or a talented musician. This, too, can be brought forward to this lifetime. Someone might be writing a book for example.
These are only two examples of the multitude of situations which can help us in this lifetime.
