What they do not know is in a previous lifetime they died by drowning. We can go in the records and neutralize the energy around that situation, so it doesn’t carry forward to future lifetimes. After this is done, the fear of water is diminished significantly. This works for past family traumas as well.
Another example is someone might have been very strong in public speaking or a talented musician. This, too, can be brought forward to this lifetime. Someone might be writing a book for example.
These are only two examples of the multitude of situations which can help us in this lifetime.
