How often do you stop and think about the good things in your life? We are always so busy, we often don't take the time for gratitude. Even when things aren't going well, there's always something to be thankful for. It may be something as simple as having a warm bed or food on the table. At the end of the day, think of three things you are thankful for before you go to sleep that happened that day. This will bring some peace to your heart as you drift off into dreamland.
