Do you truly feel your emotions? Or do you try to talk yourself out of them? All emotions are important and assist us in our growth. It's easy to bury what isn't comfortable. The problem with that is they tend to rise to the surface at the most inconvenient times. Take a few moments to sit with whatever feelings you might have about a situation as you work your way through it. Don't judge yourself on how you think you should feel. Every emotion matters, and so do you.

Boudicca comes to you today to stand up for what you believe and fight for what is right. Pay attention to injustices around you. Whether you win or lose is not the point. There are times you need to step out of your comfort zone and say something. When anger is handled properly, it can be a powerful tool. Ensure you control the rage and it does not control you. It is the warrior in you that is emerging.
