Do you feel like you have lost control of a situation or even yourself? Is there conflict happening with another person? The energy coming through is that of feeling unsettled. There is a shift happening that is causing conflict in your life. Take a step back and look at the situation from a different perspective. It is time to take your power back. You can react or you can respond. When you respond, you have taken a breath to think clearly instead of instantly reacting.

Your soul holds experiences from all past lifetimes. This includes your most peaceful and loving lives. They are part of you, even if you don't remember them. You can achieve that in this lifetime as well.
Take some time for yourself everyday. It could be sitting in peace and just enjoying what is around you or a 10 minute meditation. Staying present and putting aside any worries or concerns you might have is a good place to start.
Whatever brings you to your happy place is what is good for you. Enjoy every moment.
